These were supposed to be a Christmas gift. While there were of course USPS delays this season, there was a very long delay in this even shipping. Once it was marked as shipped, it was in the pre-transit stage for a while before I reached out to see if it had actually been shipped, as it had been almost a month. Never got a reply from the seller and had to pursue a refund with Etsy.

My GF loved the hat and was impressed with the quality.
